K.V.K.K (Personal Data Protection Law)

Protection of personal data is among the top priorities of Saf Group Companies (Qamar Holding), its business partners or its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter, each will be collectively or separately referred to as 'Qamar Holding'). In this regard, it shows maximum sensitivity to act in accordance with all applicable legislation. In the capacity of the data controller, within the scope of all subsidiaries and all companies in Turkey or abroad in which Qamar Holding and Qamar Group are directly or indirectly partners, it is liable to process and save all kinds of information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person within the scope of all affiliates.

This is within the framework of the Qamar Holding Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy (“Policy”); The basic principles adopted in terms of compliance of Qamar Holding's data processing activities with the regulations in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) are explained, thus, Qamar Holding provides the necessary transparency by informing the personal data owners.

Scope of Personal Data That Can Be Collected:

Qamar Holding Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy covers all personal data of persons who are in contact with Qamar Holding's fields of activity, which are fully or partially processed automatically or non-automatically provided that they are part of any data recording system. Within the scope of the law, legal entities including Qamar Holding act as data controllers separately.

Processing of Personal Data:

Collected personal data; Ensured the legal and commercial security of Qamar Holding and its business relations; Ensured the execution of Qamar Holding human resources processes; is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the "Law" regarding the purposes of determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of Qamar Holding.

The data comes from direct interviews to determine the requirements for the activities carried out by the legal entities affiliated with Qamar Holding; It can be obtained from the website, social media channels, fairs and organizations (including all organizations within the scope of training, seminars and similar), mobile applications and similar written, verbal and electronic means. It can also be obtained from all kinds of institutions and legal entities (business partner, supplier, agency, subcontractor, contractor, consultant and more in which Qamar Holding has a business relationship with) via verbal, written or electronic media.

All your personal data is kept confidential in the database of Qamar Holding in accordance with Article 12 of the relevant "Law" and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes specified in this Policy; (when the purpose that requires it to be committed to paragraph 1 of article 7 of the relevant "Law" disappears and according to article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code) will be deleted, destroyed or will be continue used by Qamar Holding with anonymized after the periods set by the law have elapsed.

Transfer of Personal Data:

Qamar Holding will be able to process, transfer and share the collected personal data with third parties without obtaining the consent of the "User" in case of exceptions in the relevant legislation, in accordance with Articles 5 and 8 of the relevant "Law" (within the scope of the legislation and depending on the reasons requiring it to be transferred and only limited to these reasons).

Collected personal data can be sent (within the framework of Article 9 of the “Law” regarding individuals and public institutions abroad in proportion to the scope of the legislation) to official institutions and organizations, legal entities including Qamar Holding, shareholders, subsidiaries and affiliates of these legal entities, Business partners, suppliers, agencies, agents, subcontractors, contractors, consultants and other private real or legal entities.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Personal data owners have the right to learn whether their personal data has been processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether Qamar Holding is used in accordance with these purposes, within the scope of the 11th and all of the Qamar Holding's related "Law". In addition, they have the right to learn about the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request that the data be corrected in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and to notify the transferred third parties in case of transfer. They have the right to request to Qamar Holding the deletion or destruction of the data and the notification of the transferred third parties if the processing conditions are no longer valid, and to object to this situation if they think that there is an adverse result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems. If they will suffer a loss due to unlawful processing, they have the right to demand the removal of this damage.

You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) to our Company. In accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controllers, you can submit your application to our Company with this form by one of the methods described below. Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, depending on the kind of the request. Our answers will be delivered to you via written or electronic media in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Law.
