Code of Ethics

1. Honesty 

Honesty and sincerity are at the forefront of Qamar Holding's ethical codes and form the basis of business ethics. All employees, business partners and suppliers working in the fields in which Qamar Holding operates are required to act in accordance with the principle of honesty.

2. Privacy 

One of the most important ethical rules of Qamar Holding is the protection of all confidential information such as trade secrets, confidential information, project details, and the principle of not sharing this information with third parties without their consent. Qamar Holding employees and partners are obliged to protect Qamar Holding's financial and trade secrets, information that could weaken its competitiveness, personnel rights and information, and agreements with business partners within the framework of "confidentiality" rules. The information should be used only in accordance with the scope of the task and in accordance with the company's purposes, and the information obtained as a result of work and the documents obtained should not be shared with unauthorized persons and authorities inside and outside the organization for any purpose. In the event that the relations of the employees with the company are terminated, they should never use any information and documents they have in terms of their duties and positions for their own benefit and against Qamar Holding, in order to gain a personal advantage. 

Qamar Holding employees do not share their personal wage information with other employees in accordance with the principle of confidentiality of wages;  

They are expected to protect the security of the e-mail address allocated to them and not to allow their e-mail to be used by someone else, 

They are expected to personally protect the computers and all equipment used in common securely. 

They are expected not to share their usernames and passwords, and not to request sharing them.


3. Justice 

Qamar Holding does not take into account differences such as religion, language, race, nationality, gender and social status among its business partners, employees, customers and suppliers. Qamar Holding also attaches importance to establishing a sense of justice and trust among its employees. In this context, all promotion, reassignment and recruitment decisions of Qamar Holding employees, whom it holds responsible, are only based on the requirements of the job; these decisions are given considering the person's ability, experience, behavior, job performance and potential.

 

4. Conflict Of Interests 

Qamar Holding employees should avoid actions that will result in a conflict of interest, protect the interests of the company they work for and Qamar Holding during their duties, and should not engage in activities that misuse their duties. Employees; not to use the name, corporate identity, reputation, and power of Qamar Holding for personal benefit; They must not derive personal gain from purchases, sales and other activities and contracts. According to the ethical rules of Qamar Holding; It is forbidden for the employees to engage in any business that will provide benefits in the form of the supplier, representation, agency or similar forms of Qamar Holding by establishing a company on their behalf or using their personal relations during or after their duty in the company.

 

5. Connections and Communication 

The connections and communication of Qamar Holding with other persons and/or organizations, which are commercial relations, are based on the principles of professionalism, honesty, seriousness, courtesy and reliability. In this context, employees should avoid humiliating, discriminatory or offensive expressions in all kinds of written and verbal interactions. Gestures, such as gifts, money, property, free vacations or special discounts, which are inconsistent with professional ethics and which are suspected to be of symbolic value, should not be accepted or offered.
